- Proposal generator: name, company, company address, phone number, email address, project choices, schedule preferences, project notes and generated proposal PDF.
- Career email: information you choose to send, such as your message, portfolio, CV or contact details.
- Technical information necessary for security, delivery of the website and email routing may be processed by hosting and email providers.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to requests and preparing proposals: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
- Managing customer or prospect relationships: legitimate interest and contract performance where applicable.
- Handling applications: pre-contractual steps related to recruitment or collaboration.

Recipients
Data is intended for Excelium Digital and its technical service providers where necessary, including hosting and email services. Data is not sold to third parties.
Retention periods

- Proposal files generated through the website: stored temporarily on the server for up to 3 days, then automatically removed.
- Contract, invoice and accounting data: retained for the periods required by applicable law.
- Application data: up to 2 years unless you request deletion earlier or agree to a longer retention period.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data, where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
