Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number if provided, project type and message.
- Proposal generator: name, company, company address, phone number, email address, project choices, schedule preferences, project notes and generated proposal PDF.
- Career email: information you choose to send, such as your message, portfolio, CV or contact details.
- Technical information necessary for security, delivery of the website and email routing may be processed by hosting and email providers.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to requests and preparing proposals: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
- Managing customer or prospect relationships: legitimate interest and contract performance where applicable.
- Handling applications: pre-contractual steps related to recruitment or collaboration.
- Complying with accounting, tax or legal obligations: legal obligation.
- Protecting the website and communications: legitimate interest.
Recipients
Data is intended for Excelium Digital and its technical service providers where necessary, including hosting and email services. Data is not sold to third parties.
Retention periods
- Contact and prospect data: up to 3 years after the last meaningful contact.
- Proposal PDFs: generated in memory and sent by email, without saving a copy on the website. Email correspondence follows the retention periods for prospect or customer relationships.
- Contract, invoice and accounting data: retained for the periods required by applicable law.
- Application data: up to 2 years unless you request deletion earlier or agree to a longer retention period.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data, where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Optional analytics and local storage
With your permission, a tool hosted on our website counts page views and contact or proposal requests. It creates no visitor identifier and collects no URL parameters, form contents or external browsing history. Counts are aggregated by day and page and kept for up to 13 months. This processing relies on your consent.
Your choice is stored for six months in your browser's local storage under excelium_consent_v1, without an individual identifier. Accept and reject are offered equally. Use Cookies in the footer or mobile menu to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also disable collection.
Form protection
Temporary tokens and sending limits protect our forms. Cryptographic fingerprints of IP or email addresses and timestamps are used solely to prevent abuse; no plain IP or email addresses are stored in these protection files. Expired fingerprints are removed during visits and scheduled maintenance. Hosting security logs follow the hosting provider's retention rules.
Providers and transfers
Our hosting provider Hostinger and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. The website loads no advertising service or external tracking tool. Where a provider's processing involves transfers outside the European Economic Area, applicable safeguards must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Excelium Digital applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
